For the past 11 years, I have successfully managed ADU construction projects, overseen real estate investments, operated a rental business, and handled full-spectrum property management. As the owner of PrimeVantage Home Inspection, an InterNACHI-certified home inspection firm, I have developed a keen eye for quality control, compliance, and risk mitigation. This hands-on construction and property management experience is complemented by my ability to lead diverse teams, navigate complex permitting processes, maintain budgets, and deliver projects on time while exceeding client expectations.
